Criminal Law, as the name depicts, relates to the criminal activity and commerciality of certain offences that can occur in the State of Queensland.

The offences usually involve the Queensland Criminal Code Act, or the matter may relate to ancillary offences such as those under the Drugs Misuse Act or the Traffic Offences (Road Use Management) Act.
